Derek Allen
LEAD PASTOR
Derek came to Baring Cross in 2014. He served as Discipleship Pastor until March of 2019, when the church accepted him as the Lead Pastor. He previously served churches in Kentucky and Arkansas. He is a graduate of Williams Baptist College and
New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Rachel, have two children - Landen and Caroline.
Ben Morris
ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF WORSHIP
Ben came to Baring Cross in 2018. He previously served in churches in Arkansas and Texas. He is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Sara, have two children - Elijah and Conrad.
Cy Cheney
ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF YOUTH AND FAMILIES
Cy came to Baring Cross in 2023. He served in multiple churches in central Arkansas. He is a graduate of Central Baptist College. He and his wife, Jessica, have four children - Aubrey, Mason, Colton, and Ethan.
